What does an event planner do?

An event planner tailors events to individual clients based on his/her needs and wants. From finding the perfect place, to negotiating contracts, to making sure the flowers are the right colors. Anything that needs to be done to throw a party or put on a high-class function is taken care of by the event planner. Event planners can also be requested to be at the event, to put out the little fires, and take care of any day-of problems. This way, the client can be a guest at his/her own party.
